How to use FiboAgent from workspace to signal and reply

FiboAgent turns LinkedIn activity into ranked signals, suggested actions, and reply drafts. Start with a workspace, connect the local extension, analyze posts, then review everything inside the SaaS dashboard.

What the product already does

One workflow, fully connected

Create a workspace, define scoring and reply actions, add watch targets, collect LinkedIn posts through the browser extension, score them with AI, generate replies, and review all signals, replies, and digests in one place.

Product workflow

This is the end-to-end path users follow today.

1

Create a workspace

Choose a use case, name the workspace, describe your goal, and set default sources, digest frequency, and alert threshold.

  • Use built-in use case templates
  • Generate scoring criteria from your goal
  • Create reply actions for one-click reply generation
2

Set scoring and reply rules

Customize how FiboAgent decides what matters and how it should respond before any post is analyzed.

  • Edit natural-language scoring criteria
  • Generate or refine auto-analyze keywords
  • Define multiple reply buttons with different prompts
3

Install the browser extension and connect LinkedIn

Install the Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store, sign in, sync the available workspaces, and start using FiboAgent directly on LinkedIn pages.

  • Chrome Web Store listing: FiboAgent LinkedIn Intent
  • Supports login bridge and workspace sync
  • Can save current page, single post, and sync to SaaS
4

Add watchlist targets

In the workspace watchlist, add people, companies, topics, or keywords you want FiboAgent to track and sync over time.

  • Manage multiple watch targets per workspace
  • Filter by source, target name, and entity type
  • Edit source and sync settings later in workspace settings
5

Analyze posts, score signals, and generate replies

From LinkedIn, collect posts into the workspace. FiboAgent scores each item, explains why it matters, recommends an action, and can generate a reply from the selected action prompt.

  • LinkedIn posts are ingested into signals
  • Each signal gets grade, score, why-it-matters, and recommended action
  • Replies are generated with post context, action label, and user draft
6

Review everything in the SaaS dashboard

Use the dashboard to inspect signals, replies, digests, and workspace settings so the whole workflow stays traceable.

  • Signals view shows ranked items and detail panel
  • Replies view stores generation history and outputs
  • Digest view summarizes top priorities and actions

FAQ

Documentation FAQs

Quick answers before you install and run the full workflow.

Do I need both SaaS and the Chrome extension?
Yes. The extension collects and analyzes LinkedIn posts in context, while SaaS stores signals, replies, and workspace settings.
Can I use multiple workspaces for different ICPs?
Yes. Each workspace has its own scoring criteria, watchlist, reply actions, and digest settings, so teams can run multiple strategies in parallel.
Where can I check generated replies and errors?
Open the Replies view in dashboard to inspect action labels, input drafts, model outputs, latency, and failure details.
Can I start without advanced setup?
Yes. Create one workspace, install the extension, and run the default flow first. You can refine scoring and reply prompts later.
